PRENEU (CEO Lee Jong-kyung), a company specializing in unmanned aerial vehicle design and manufacturing, announced on the 27th that it has officially proved its quality competitiveness by obtaining certification of 'AS9100', an international aerospace quality management system standard.
AS9100 is an international standard established by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG), a certification that adds strict requirements in the aerospace field based on the ISO9001 quality management system. It is considered an essential qualification to cooperate with global aerospace and defense companies because it requires the highest level of safety and reliability in the entire process of designing, developing, and manufacturing aircraft.
The certification officially recognizes the aerospace industry-level quality management system, including △ systematic management of design and development processes △ shape, strengthening change management △ advancement of supply chain quality management △ establishment of a risk-based management system.
PRENEU is a domestic unmanned aerial vehicle company that performs its own entire process from aircraft design to avionics system development, manufacturing, and service. In particular, based on the modular design technology and the self-development capabilities of the integrated avionics system, it is establishing an operational system optimized for the defense environment and entering the defense market in earnest.
"With this certification, we are able to maximize customer satisfaction as we prove the reliability of our products at the international level," a PRENEU official said. "As we have gained strong momentum in expanding our global business, including exports to the Middle East and Africa, which have been accelerating recently, we plan to further solidify our cooperative network with global airlines and defense partners."
